•$145 per night. 2 to 3 night minimum depending on season.

•$10 each additional person (above 2) per night
•Holidays & certain "primetimes" require a 3 to 6 night minimum depending on holiday/season
•$100 damage/security deposit (this is a separate check) required & is due within 7 days of reservation
•Full payment is due 21 days prior to stay so that we will have enough time to mail directions back to you
•We accept cash, personal check, money order and paypal
•Arrival time is 4 pm
•Departure time is 11 am
•Add 6.75% NC sales tax to all listed rates
Cancellation Policy
100% refund with 21 day or more notice
50% refund with 20 to 8 day notice
0% refund with 7 day or less notice
Unless the location can be rerented for the same time period minus $50 administration fee

•Cabin is approximately 1,200 square feet and can accommodate up to 4 comfortably
