3 night minimum: Bele Chere
3-7 night minimum: Easter, July 4, Valentine's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, LEAF, Festivals, Peak Leaf Season, the month of October
7 night minimum: Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's

Holiday Policies: HALF payment and deposit are due immediately when any holiday is booked. NO refunds will be issued within one month of reservation dates unless the dates are rebooked. There will be a $200 administration fee for cancellation. Your reservation will not be considered confirmed until all payments are received.

Cancellation Policy:
100% refund with 21 day or more notice; 50% refund with 20 to 8 day notice; 0% refund with 7 day or less notice, unless the location can be rerented for the same time period, minus $50 administration fee.
