Rates
$1,595 monthly, including all utilities.
(Month is defined as: beginning on the first day of the month and ending on the last day of the month)

• Discount available for multi-month leases ($500 off each month. Ask for details.)
• Security/cleaning deposit required along with signed lease.
• Cancellation Policy: Because we are reserving this apartment especially for you, NO refunds will be issued within one month of your booked stay unless we can rerent your specified time period, minus deposit ($200-$300).
